1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the technology consulting and hosting services provided by Cyberbits Labs Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Each engagement is governed by its own written agreement or accepted proposal. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

2. Our services

We provide technology consulting and static content hosting. The scope, price, duration and support level of each service are set out in the agreement or proposal for that engagement.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
Keep your hosting credentials, such as your rsync username, passwords and keys, confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect they have been compromised.
Make sure you have the right to publish any content you host with us.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host, distribute or link to:

illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
malware, phishing pages or other malicious content;
spam, or material supporting attacks on other systems or networks.

Bandwidth is unmetered under fair use: if your usage degrades the service for other clients, we will contact you to find a solution. We may suspend a service that breaches this section. Whenever possible, we will contact you before doing so.

5. Confidentiality

We treat everything we learn about your affairs, systems and data as confidential. We do not disclose it to anyone except where required by law or with your permission. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request.

6. Data protection

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Client data is stored exclusively in the European Union. When we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement is available on request.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Cyberbits Labs Ltd. and is protected by copyright law. Content you host with us remains yours. Ownership of work we produce for you is set out in the agreement for that engagement.

8. Changes to our services

We may update this website and our general offering at any time. Changes to a service you have engaged us for are agreed with you in advance, in line with your agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its date. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
